DMCI Homes, Inc. is the real estate division of DMCI Holdings, established through its wholly-owned subsidiary, DMCI Project Developers, Inc. (PDI). It was registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on April 27, 1995.

Currently, DMCI Homes has over 70 residential projects across the Philippines. In 2017, it became the first real estate developer in the country to be recognized as a 4A-grade contractor, signifying excellence in construction methods and technology. During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, all its development projects were completed and delivered on schedule. With consistently high-quality homes and unique lighting and ventilation designs, DMCI Homes remains highly popular among middle-class Filipino families.

Another wholly-owned subsidiary, DM Consunji Inc., has undertaken major projects, including Solaire Resort & Casino, SM Megamall, Mactan Shangri-La Hotel, Ayala Tower One, NAIA Expressway Phase 2, Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 (Sections 1 & 2), and the LRT 2 East Extension.

DMCI Homes’ parent company, DMCI Holdings (Philippine Stock Exchange ticker: DMC), operates across multiple industries, including project development (Project Development, Inc.), coal mining and production (Semirara Mining Corporation and DMCI Mining Corporation), water utilities (holding a 92% stake in Maynilad Water Services, Inc. through DMWCI and MPIC), power generation (DPC and Sem-Calaca, engaged in power plant construction and electricity sales), and infrastructure (PIDC, which acquired a 32.22% stake in the TPLEX toll road with a 35-year concession agreement).
